Shipping and Returns

  • All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must be clearly written on top of boxes in marker.)
  • Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
  • There will be a 25% restocking charge on all approved returns, plus $1.00 per trophy for engraved plates.
  • Engraved items cannot be returned for credit and are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please check your order upon receipt.
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received. (Photos of your shipment may be required to ensure condition of awards.)
  • Custom or Stock inserts are non-refundable.
  • Any awards with inserts applied are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is at customer's expense.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to an order please email and reference your order number and give us the details of what you want changed. Please leave a phone number in your e-mail because it is often best to speak over the phone to ensure we are all the same page.
