  • All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must be clearly written on top of boxes in marker.)
  • Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
  • There will be a 25% restocking charge on all approved returns, plus $1.00 per trophy for engraved plates.
  • Engraved items cannot be returned for credit and are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please check your order upon receipt.
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received. (Photos of your shipment may be required to ensure condition of awards.)
  • Custom or Stock inserts are non-refundable.
  • Any awards with inserts applied are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is at customer's expense.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to an order please email sales@mytrophystore.com and reference your order number and give us the details of what you want changed. Please leave a phone number in your e-mail because it is often best to speak over the phone to ensure we are all the same page.
