How much does shipping cost?
You can get free ground shipping on all prepaid orders over $100.00 (if ordered and shipped in the continental US). Other shipping option charges are based on weight of package and distance of destination from our facility.

When will my order ship?
After an order is placed it takes 24-48 hours in house for processing, production and engraving, then your order will ship. Our shipping department works Monday-Friday. If orders need to be expedited or shipped on Saturday there may be an additional charge. If you need your order faster please call 877-860-2093 and we will try our best to assist you.

How are APO/FPO orders shipped?
Few things warm our hearts more than to assemble awards for the children of our Brave Men & Women serving our country overseas. APO/FPO orders are shipped US Postal Service and are not eligible for free shipping. And while we cannot control the cost of shipping, WE WILL give you a Discount to try to offset some of those charges.
Please note: We do not control delivery time and some APO and FPO orders may require as much as 6-8 weeks (but I haven’t heard of it taking that long yet). We will calculate the correct shipping once an order has been received and we will contact you with the updated order total once shipping and discounts have been applied. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I track my package(s)?
You will receive an email with your tracking number(s). If you do not you can call 877-860-2093 and an award specialist can help you.

Returns / Cancellations / Issues

If I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-860-2093. Please have your order number or email address associated with your account available.

I would like to return my order, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-860-2093. Please have your order number or email address associated with your account available. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving delivery. All items must be received within 7 business days of receiving your RA number.

I have not received any emails from you about my order, why?
Our system automatically updates you and sends out emails. Please check your SPAM folder for your email from us, If you still can't find your emails from us, just give us a call and we'll give you the info you're looking for.

Can I add to or change my order?
Changes to your order should be done as soon as possible. If production has started there may be a charge for work already done. But please contact us sales@mytrophystore.com ASAP so we can stop right away, and work to make sure your order isn’t delayed too long (Please understand some delay is inevitable)

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please e-mail sales@mytrophystore.com or call 1-877-860-2093 and speak with one of our Award Specialists. Please have/include your order number and/or email address ready when calling/e-mailing.

Price Guarantee

Do you price match your competitors?
We are very confident in our prices and have yet to see better pricing. Most competitors have an asterisk next to all of their FREE options. We mean it when we say FREE. Free Engraving is Free Engraving regardless of individual names or extra characters. Free Shipping is Free Shipping anywhere in the continental US.

Often a returning customer will come to us with a product they saw on another site, and in these cases we do match their price (but we usually beat that too).

Engraving

Can I enter my engraving online?
Yes you can! During the purchase process you will be asked if you would like engraving, simply select yes and follow the instructions. Remember all engraving will be centered and capitalized unless you specify differently.

Can I Put Engraving Text on a Custom Award?
Yes you can! Most awards have an engraving plate area. Engraving text cannot be put on the custom award itself, but can always be put on an engraving plate.

How do I track my package?

What payment methods does MyTrophyStore accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & Check.
Paying by check requires time to clear before we ship. If you are in a rush, and wish to pay with a check you can call 877-860-2093 and put a credit card on file. Once we have a card on file, we can release your order and wait for the check to arrive. We reserve the right to run the card if the check hasn’t arrived in 7-10 business days.

How would you recommend I place my order?
www.mytrophystore.com is the best way to place your order. It's easy, fast and you can enter all of your engraving (if applicable) during the process of your order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our turnaround time is one of the best! Your order will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Shipping Department is open Monday-Friday. Saturday Shipping available for extra charge. Need it faster? Call we offer same day turnaround upon request (certain restrictions apply).

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check, Money order and P.O.'s (from public and private schools only).

Custom Logo Orders

I don’t have a logo but I want one can you help me?

Yes we can! While we fancy ourselves pretty artsy, we always try to get as much info as possible from you because that is the best place to start. We will take the extra time through this process to make sure we are on the same page with the design before moving forward with the order. A 25% deposit of the full order may be required prior to design work.
