My brothers, sisters, and I are 3rd generation in the awards industry so we’ve been assembling awards for over 3 decades and started for our father and grandfather when we were strong enough to put jump rings on medals. We also grew up playing outside as much as possible and playing as many sports as possible, organized or not. When it came to getting trophies we were never that excited since we’d been around them most of my life. But we were taken back by how excited everyone else was. Seeing these huge smiles on the faces of our friends and teammates was so incredible. Everyone was so proud to get their own trophy.

That childhood memory has inspired Our Mission:
